SAVE THE DATES!

"When Harlem Came to Paris" (WHCTP) is the brainchild of LiL SoSo Productions' owner Risikat "Kat" Okedeyi. Partnering with The Alliance Française de Washington, WHCTP creates a back story that includes a designated year and features literary and music artists from the Harlem Renaissance era. The main event, serves as the last night in Paris, for the visiting up and coming "Negro "artists and an end to their cultural tour. Set somewhere between the years of 1924 -1934, W HCTP is a Parisian-style salon party that features food, drink, music and live performances. Attendees can get in on the action by dressing in the style of the 1920s and interacting with what are now famed and iconic figures of Black American literary, music and cultural history. This year's edition will be set in 1926.

LSP IS...

artist management and development event planning
personal urban development Client Roster & Booking

Founded in September 2001, LiL SoSo Productions (LSP) provides "one-stop shopping" in the areas of artist management, personal urban development and event planning. With over 12 years of domestic and international planning experience, LSP has been a noted force in live music and concept event planning for the metropolitan DC area. Since our inception, we have always strived to maintain nothing less than excellent customer service and consistency.

In 2008, we are pleased to announce a new extension of our framework that will offer an even more holistic approach to how we service clients' needs. As a holistic company we do not separate the client into halves, but instead serve as a nexus for the convergence of the whole person.  This new approach that takes into consideration the personal, with regards to business will enable client support that extends past the typical and often ineffective, "business only" model. At LSP, we offer "peace of mind", but more importantly, a support system that views the client as more than the sum of their parts.
