I Remember U: A Live Mixtape Experience (VIDEO)

The third installment of Head-Roc’s series, Chocolate City Rocks, featured a production conceived and directed by our very own Risikat “Kat” Okedeyi. I Remember U was a celebration of the U Street corridor as it existed in the late 1990′s. With features from of some of the era’s notable artists, the show featured songs and poetry from a time where U Street was buzzing with progressive independent Black arts and culture.
